In the long run, companies can only be successful if they create a balanced triad of “planet, people, profit”: they don’t just aim for short-term financial gain, but also act very responsibly towards people and the environment. Profit is not the name of the game. It is the prerequisite for long term survival.
To achieve the three Ps of sustainability, companies need guidelines, structure and constant transformation. Therefore, corporate governance is core to my work.
